With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Quy of Woodbury, Minnesota, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on January 31, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Quy and Melissa Butler; his brothers, David Quy and Glenn Quy; and his former wife Judy Justis Quy.

He is survived by: his wife Jeri Gavic Quy; his children, Olivia Quy of Woodbury, MN, Russell Quy (Alexis) of Brooklyn, NY and Kimberly Quy of Belle Plaine, MN; his sister Ginger Chitwood of Tulsa, OK; his siblings-in-law, Jorv Gavic (Jaci) of River Falls, WI, Jean Gavic of Hudson, WI and Kari Delaney (John) of Venice, FL; and his grandchildren, Estella Quy and Jacob Quy. He is also survived by one aunt, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
