He is survived by: his uncles, Dave and Dale Rigwald; his aunt Patty Anderson; his cousin Tyler Botkin; his mother Deborah Fischer (Fischer); his stepfather Bryan Fischer; his siblings, Melissa McCarthy (Tim), Stacey Rubbelke, Shane Rubbelke (Rachel) and Ashley Zylla (Andy); his grandmother Janice Botkin; and his nieces, Brooklyn McCarthy and Evelyn Zylla. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
