He was predeceased by: his sister Joan Warnke. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his sons, Daniel (Heidi) and David (Erica); his grandchildren, Hannah, Wesley and Meghan; his siblings, Bill (Mary Lou), Sara Jane Minehart (Gordon), Judy Dailey (Dennis) and Barry (Brenda); his mother-in-law Evelyn Garbe; and his brother-in-law Art Warnke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Parkinson's or cardiovascular disease research at Mayo Clinic.
