He was predeceased by: his mother Antonia; and his brother Shawn. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Jennifer Westerhaus (Kevin) and Tara Chalbi (Eric); his grandchildren, Lauren, Emma, Andrew and Benjamin; his father Richard; his siblings, John (Sonja), Carrie, Kelley Koemptgen (Jon) and Kathy; and his sister-in-law Heidi. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
