He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Aini. He is survived by: his wife Madelyn; his daughters, Melissa (Brian), Jenna (Chad) and Karin; his grandson Henry; and his sister Kathy (Andy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving family and friends.
