He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Brunsvold and Cora Brunsvold (Roslein); his wife Marion Jenkins; his stepmother Sylvia (Moen); his half-brother Donald Brunsvold; his stepbrothers, Kenneth Moen, Dale Moen and Richard Moen; and his sisters, Ruvella Barnd (Harry Barnd) and Audra C. Brunsvold.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Cindy; his children, Steve Brunsvold (Debbie) and Cindy Docken (Jim); his grandchildren, Angela Raven (Rick), Justin Brunsvold (Jennifer), Jason Brunsvold Cara Docken (Sara Benesh), Kyle Docken (Gabby Anderson) and Kevin Docken; and his great grandchildren, Nick Raven, Zack Raven, Chase Raven, Alyssa Raven, Carter Brunsvold and Lily Brunsvold. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
