He is survived by: his wife Megan; his sons, Benjamin, Jack and Theodore; his parents, Russ Bakke and Kristine Bakke; his brother Zach Bergman (Samantha); his grandmother Sandra Bergman; his mother-in-law Diane Yungerberg; and his brothers-in-law, Brice Yungerberg (Joella) and Ryan Yungerberg (Thi).
In lieu of flowers, Megan Bergman would prefer memorials that can be used toward the kids' education fund.
