He was predeceased by: his son Steven; and his siblings, Elroy, Lawrence, Milton, Edwin, Merlyn, Layton and Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Tim (Lisa) and Paula Ruedy (Tom); his daughter-in-law Patti; his sisters, Norma and Joyce Horton; and his grandchildren, Tony, Paul, Allison, Kit Ruedy, Nick Ruedy and Ben Ruedy.
