She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Bannigan, Jr.; her sister Kathryn Murphy (Daniel); and her granddaughter Caitlin Just Bannigan. She is survived by: her children, Molly Heisler (David), John F. III (Linda) and Brendan (Kathleen Just); her brother Thomas J Engel (Mary Lou); and her sister-in-law Kathleen Ivory (Bill). She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Joseph's Catholic School of Waconia or St. Thomas Academy.
