She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence; her siblings, Mary Grim and John Lulic; and her son-in-law Roger Kostelnik. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kostelnik, Steve (Theresa), Fred (Lynn), Bob (Aimee) and Theresa Falk; her grandchildren, Steve, Mike, Patrick, Maddy, Nicci, David and Allie; her great grandchild Tony; and her siblings, Katie and George. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
