He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kosbab and Esther Kosbab (Luhman); his wife Alice Kosbab (Meier); and his grandson Archer Ralland Polzin. He is survived by: his daughter Jillian Polzin (Andrew); his grandchildren, Dylan and Brianna; his brother Lloyd Kosbab; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Meier (Jill), Karen Greeley (Gary), Veronica Meier, Carol Anderson and Mary Jo Effenberger. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
