He is survived by: his wife Jan Jeske; his children, Julie Smestad (Mel), Jacqueline Wittenburg (Tim) and James Rowe (Cindy); his grandchildren, Christina, John Smestad (Michanda), Jennifer, Eric (Kristina), Andrew Wittenburg (Adelyn), Caroline Parry (Nathan), James (Lisa), Matthew and Nathan Rowe; his great grandchildren, Michael Smestad and Preston Rowe; and his sister Jane Hult.
