She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Jane, Alice, Norman and Burdell. She is survived by: her son Zayden; her parents, Barbara and Craig; her stepmother Twyla; her siblings, Janelle and Aaron; and her nephews, Atticus and August. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made on behalf of Jenica to her "miracle baby," Zayden, to support his bright future.
