He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Diana (Wayne), Jonathan (Connie) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Cade, Evie, Payton and Colton; his sister Susan; his nephew Christon (Liz); and his great-nephew Henrik.
In lieu of flowers donations are preferred to Second Harvest.
