He was predeceased by: his father Arnie Holthaus. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Holthaus; his daughter Kirsten Carlene (Chris); his wife Renae Strozinsky; his daughter Megan Stotts (Wyatt); his siblings, Jeff Holthaus (Melissa) and JoAnn Kranig (Rob); and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
