He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dixon and Mildred Dixon (Fitzgerald). He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Amy Heyer (Nick), Kerry Hayden (Alex) and Erin Boike (Steve); his grandchildren, Nathan, Sophie Heyer, Owen, Molly, Ryan Hayden, Tyler and Mason Boike; and his siblings, Liz Freppert (Dan) and Joe.
