He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Leo and Eleanore Berreth. He is survived by: his children, Stacey (Blaine), Amanda and James (Stacie); his grandchildren, Kayla, Rebekkah, Noah, Owen, Elijah and Isaiah; his brother Jerry (Mary); his niece Tammy; and his nephews, Jason (Jessica) and Andrew (Rachel). He is also survived by many cousins, great-nieces and nephews and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
