Gracia Riedell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2024, at the age of 90, Gracia Riedell (Woodbury, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Gracia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gracia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Riedell and Sophia Riedell; her sister Joyce LaRue (Dale); her brother-in-law Ray Edlund; her nephew Dave Edlund; and her great-nephew Eric Edlund.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Edlund; her nieces and nephews, Tom Edlund (Bonnie), Kathy Friberg (Dan), Denise Ervasti (Butch) and Guy LaRue (Kay); and her great-niece April Edlund. She is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, their children, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the King of Kings Lutheran Church (1583 Radio Dr, Woodbury, MN 55125). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
