It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garnet Fowler (Woodbury, Minnesota), born in Westbrook, Minnesota, who passed away on September 26, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Noding and Minnie Noding (Schmidt); her husband Donald Fowler; her son Leroy Fowler; her grandchildren, Curtis, Danny Fowler and Lisa Buffington (Fowler); and her brother Vern Noding.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Fowler (Cathy) of Chico, CA, Deanne Swenson (Harold) of Jackson, Denise Reynolds of Sioux Falls, SD and Sherri Lichty (Mark). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Grace Lutheran Church in Westbrook.
