He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Bartl and Stella Bartl. He is survived by: his wife Karn Bartl (Hansen); his daughters, Leslie Wright (Jason), Jessica Bartl and Jennifer Wall (Michael); his grandchildren, Casey Berlin (Scott), Grant Wright, Max Wall and Sadie Wall; his sisters, Carol Morris, Sue Maddux and Lynn Clare (Jim); and his sister-in-law Pat Hansen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Fred was active in Rotary and Woodbury Community Foundation. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to: Aphasia Hope Foundation, Dementia Society of America, National Aphasia Association, Woodbury Community Foundation, or to your charity of choice.
