He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin VanDeSteeg and Lorrayne VanDeSteeg (Gerlach). He is survived by: his wife Lynette; his daughter Heidi V. Langenfeld; his son-in-law Randy Langenfeld; his grandchildren, Jessie Langenfeld (Sylvia Holsen) and Lexie Langenfeld; and his siblings, Carl VanDeSteeg (Judy) and RoxAnn Bergquist (David). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Episcopal Church or Emotional Rescue LLC via Hastings Veterinary Clinic.
