It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ervin Springstroh (Woodbury, Minnesota), who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Florence; his children, Naomi Mahtani, Richard Springstroh and Miriam Wegwerth; and his grandsons, James Englert, Todd Springstroh and Ken Englert.

He is survived by: his children, Eunice Jurgenson (George) and Paul Springstroh (Jeanne); his son-in-law Steve Wegwerth; and his grandchildren, Kim McGraw (Pete), Kris Starkman (Gary), Wyatt Wegwerth (Mary McCormick), Melissa Sewall and Stefan Springstroh (Rebecca). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lakeview Hospice and Croixdale Assisted Living (PHS) Employee Appreciation Fund.
