She was predeceased by: her husband John Moore (Jack); her son Mark; her parents, Catherine and Frank; and her siblings, Francis, William, Catherine and Jaqueline.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin (Terry), Dennis (Cinda), Timothy (Lisa) and Michael (Scott); and her grandchildren, Joshua (Becky), Meghan (Seth), Lauren, Jack and Noel. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many lifelong friends.
