He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Laura Wilhelm (Vince) and Chuck Hilger Jr. (Brownell); his grandchildren, Derek (Cassie), Nick (Renee), Aaron (Sam), Jenna (Charlie), Tim (Kayla), Cole (Brittany), Ashley (Will), Jessica (RJ), Heather (Trevor) and Steven; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Adam, Ben, Calli, Andrew, Aubree, Braden, Evie, Wyatt, Mallory, Olivia, Luke, Otis, Taylor, Ritchie, Harper, Mariella and Sheylina; and his siblings, Bill (Eileen), Mary Ann McEvoy and Barbara Palmer (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
