He is survived by: his wife Jackie Thompson; his children, Bruce (Patty), Eric (Shelly) and Karin Misiewicz (Paul); and his grandchildren, Bruce, BJ (Kelly), Andrew (Haleigh), Tyler, Tory Thompson, Bill (Keri) and Dan Haslach. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
