He is survived by: his parents, Jeff and Michelle; his sisters, Katie and Gabby; his grandparents, Mike, Vikki Thompson, Tom and Carol Mauder; his aunts, Julie Thompson and Lisa Flipp (Roger); his uncle Craig Mauder; and his cousins, Lauren and Matthew Flipp.
