He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Bode and Renetta Bode; his son Mark; his brother Burdette; his brother-in-law Verlin Scheer; and his father-in-law Gordon Timm.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Timm; his children, Michelle and Brian; his daughter-in-law Samantha; his grandchildren, Christopher (Mariel), Nathan, Kassandra (Nikolai), Taylahn, Elijah and Vivianna; his great grandchild Waverly; his siblings, Curt Bode (Sandy), Kevin Bode (Karin), Bea Scheer and Elizabeth Lavin (Pete); his sister-in-law Dianne Bode; and his mother-in-law Ruth Timm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Warriors and Walleyes Outdoors.
