He is survived by: his father Frank Sa (Georgia) of Cottonwood, AZ; his wife Cindy Champion of Wood Lake; his sons, Keoki and Ikaia of Wood Lake; and his siblings, Kim Shortlidge of Marcus Hook, PA, Becky Montgomery (Mike) of Parker, CO, Joshua Curless (Karen) of Huntington Beach, CA, Jenny Miller (Kyle) of Centreville, VA, Sharon Driver (Brian) of Cottonwood, AZ and Shellie Christensen (Robert) of Wheatland, WY. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
