He is survived by: his children, Brian Otto (Lori), Cheryl Otto Siebert (Keith), Douglas Otto and Kristin Otto (Tony Bleull); his grandchildren, Matthew Siebert, Mark Siebert (Leah Hoffman), Amarah Otto, Ella Otto, Michael Bleull, Steven Bleull and Bradley Bleull; his siblings, Marilyn Kummer, Gerald Otto (Carole), Paul Otto (Teresa) and Francis Otto; and his siblings-in-law, Joann Wegscheid and Gary Braun (Sharon).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Holy Trinity Parish.
