He is survived by: his daughter Briseis Brown of Cass Lake; his close friend Bella Brown of Cass Lake; his parent Melanie Sumner of Red Lake; his siblings, Marcus Yanez Jr. (AhnDraya), Bryan Sumner (Chasity), Richard "John" Sumner, Maria Yanez of Red Lake, Simone Sumner of Red Lake and Mataeya Sumner of Red Lake; his aunt Juanita Yanez of Minneapolis; and his uncles, Preston Sumner of Red Lake, Richard Sumner Jr. of Red Lake, Rodney Spears Sr. of Red Lake, Burt Redeagle (Doyla) of Red Lake and Antonio Yanez (Mona) of Cass Lake. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
