He was predeceased by: his parents, James Campbell and Magdalen Campbell (Remer); his siblings, John Campbell and Sheri Czech; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Quast and Jim Hertel.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Campbell (Hecksel); his grandchildren, Katrina, Caleb, Isabelle, Tristan, Isabella and Ava; and his brother-in-law Pete Czech.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Gift of Life Transplant House, 724 – 2nd Street South, Rochester, MN 55902.
