Germaine Schommer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2022, at the age of 90, Germaine Schommer of Winsted, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hausladen and Sally Hausladen (Millerbernd); her grandson Joshua Schommer; her brothers, Ronald (Alma), Gerald and Bernard "Bill"; her brother-in-law Austin Otto; her parents-in-law, Frank and Elizabeth Schommer; and her siblings-in-law, John Schommer, Marie Munn (Robert), Joe Schommer (Mary), Dorothy Pomerleau (Ralph), Jenny Rambow (Arnie), Roman Schommer (Betty), Louise Arens (Erwin), Susan Benson (Robert), Rita Pepin (Bob), Rose DyKoff (Gerald) and Leo Schommer.
She is survived by: her husband Francis Schommer; her children, Paul (Ann), Gary (Joi), Peter (Marti), Pat (Lisa), Jeff (Yvonne) and Peggy; her siblings, Mariann Otto, Jan Millerbernd (Ralph) and David Hausladen (Joan); and her sister-in-law Betty Farr. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
