She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fasching and Celestine Fasching (Dols); and her husband Arnold E. Marshall. She is survived by: her children, Mark Marshall of Winsted, Paul Marshall (Wendy) of Silver Lake, Dawn Matter (Tim) of Waverly and Lynn Conzet of Dassel; and her brother Louis Fasching. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
