He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kritzeck; his children, Curtis Chalupsky, Dana Babcock (Michael), Clare Chalupsky (John Max) and Beth Chalupsky (Dustin Johantgen); his granddaughter Sawyer Babcock; his mother-in-law Lorraine Kritzeck; and his siblings, Lorelie Yager, Gary (Lynn), Carl (Diana), Steve, Ted (Diane), Jeanne Hierstein (Kent), Brian (Sandy), Judy, Matthew (Cindy), Glenn (Grace), Ken (Elgene), Larry (Donna) and Bruce (Alice).
