She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Jacques and Monica Jacques; her husband Lenny Pawelk (Leonard); her brothers, Robert and Patrick Jacques; her father-in-law Glennard Pawelk; and her brothers-in-law, David Torblaa and Ray Pavlish.
She is survived by: her sons, Brandon and Jared Pawelk; her granddaughter Savannah Pawelk; her siblings, Sharron Mallak, Terry Jacques, Colleen Wedge (Mike), Jackie Sonstegard (Phil), Brad Jacques (Lynn), Tom Jacques, Shaun Jacques, Brenda Torblaa (Joe Koppi), Tammy Weinmann (Elmer) and Shannon Johnson (Brian); her mother-in-law Adeline Pawelk; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanette Pavlish, Sandy Juncewski (Louie) and Dale Pawelk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
