He was predeceased by: his brothers, Howard, Stanley and Jeff; his brother-in-law Dennis Johnson; and his niece Tina Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Holly Fruetel; his children, Mindi Schultz (Andy), Mandi Johnson (Gordie) and Taylor Kujak (Danielle); his stepdaughters, Kiecila, Kendra and Kimberly; and his siblings, Gary (Shar), John, Chris Johnson, Daniel Jr. (Kathy), Edward (Danelle), James (Lori), Andrew (Kathy), Brian, Nancy (Nancy), Kathy Thompson (John) and Tony. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
