She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bork and Lillian Bork (Ziegler); her husband Melvin Conrad; her son Fred; her brothers, Glenn, Roy and Earl; and her sister-in-law Gail Bork.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Joe" Conrad, Richard Conrad (Nancy) and Kathryn Skemp (Kevin); her granddaughters, Nicole Fischer (Jason) and Kelly Christensen (Jesse); her great grandchildren, Emelia Fischer, Leo Fischer, Jakob Christensen and Cole Christensen; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Bork and Leah Bork.
