He is survived by: his granddaughter Leah; his great grandchild Ava Marie; his siblings, Jim, Mickey Kulas and June Sobeck (Bob); his friends, Ron and Jeff Mueller; and also, Mindy and Jeff Reinardy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
