He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Willcox and Anna Delveccio Willcox; his sister Hyllis Cox (Laverne); and his brothers-in-law, John (Alberta) and Ed Willcox (Regina).
He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Reed; his wife Ardis Cady of St. Albans; his sons, Douglas (Delores) and Jeffrey; his stepchildren, David Cady, Paul Cady and Brookland Park; his grandchildren, Deborah Willcox, Danielle Hunnel (Adam), Derrick Willcox (Rebecca), Denise Eads (Joshua) and Dustin Willcox; his stepgrandsons, Benton (Cherie), Charles, Erik and Ivan Cady; and his sister-in-law Doris Sheeley (Robert). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and Barbara Trombley, the mother of his children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Arendahl Lutheran Church or the Good Shepherd Home of Rushford.
