He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth E. Murray; and his brothers, Chuck and Don Werner. He is survived by: his children, Robert Werner and Shelly Blank (Mike); his granddaughter Amanda Ciszak (Paul); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Jackson; his grandchild Kelly Blank; his great grandchildren, McKenzie Moger, Mason Johnson and Charlie Spitzen; his grandson Sam Blank (Anna); his great grandchildren, Bella and Bennett; his close friend Pat Stahmann; his sister Carol Fenske; and also, Jackie Lafky (Mike), Linda Fletcher (Dave) and Rick Stahmann. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
