He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Frank and Roberta Frank (Dildine); his wife Beverly A. Benter; and his son-in-law David Dienger. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Schuppenhauer (Steven), Marla Dienger and Ellen Judeh (Basel); his grandchildren, Sarah Durch (David), Kyle Schuppenhauer, Megan Dienger, Adam Judeh, Claire Judeh and Emalee Judeh; his great grandchild Greta Durch; his brother Joel Ball (Cherie); and his brothers-in-law, Ronald Benter and James Puz.
