With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard A. Maxwell of Winona, Minnesota, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Frances (Oursler); and his son Richard C. "Richie". He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Edward Marino, Nancy Stevens (Chris), Robert Maxwell and Frances Burdick (Brad); his great great grandchild Ellie; and his precious Little Miss Wiggles. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, memorials are preferred to American Cancer Society.
