He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvia Paulson (Lanphear) and Norman Paulson; his brother Allen; and his sister-in-law Oma Paulson of Bellingham. He is survived by: his spouse Ardyce Tranberg; his son Brian (Kathryn); his pets, Milo and Lola; and his niece Karen Rasmussen (Don) of Bellingham.
