He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Shirley Mae Speltz (Rock); and his siblings, Timothy Speltz, Cynthia Gipp and Ann Marie Speltz.
He is survived by: his sons, Corey Speltz (Selena) and Logan Speltz; the mother of his children Wendi Mueller; his daughter Marrisa Smith; his grandchildren, Ryan of Winona, MN and Hazel Speltz of Winona, MN; his siblings, Barbara Gustin (Dennis) of Spokane, WA, William Speltz (Sherri Brekke) of Lewiston, MN, Nancy MacKenzie (Dean) of Kenosha, WI, Rebecca Olson (Todd) of Middletown, DE, Amy Johnson (Lyle) of Duluth, MN and Renee Speltz of Middletown, DE; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Speltz of Winona, MN and Dean Gipp of Bettendorf, IA. He is also survived by 50 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
