Michael Durnen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 55, Michael Durnen of Winona, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Milton, Virginia Helleland, Raymond and Edna Durnen. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Durnen and Bonnie Durnen (Helleland); his child Layna; his wife Amanda Lyons; his children, Colin Durnen (Kaila Vahradian) of Plover, WI, Laney Rutkowski of Milwaukee, WI and Jack Rutkowski of Winona; his brother Robert Durnen; his sons, Tyler and Zachary of Burnsville, MN; his siblings-in-law, Patrick Lyons (Sarah Krahn) of Madison, WI and Lindy Nichols (Noel); his nephews, Leo and Jasper of Apple Valley, MN; and also, John and Polly Lyons. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be used to continue Mike's legacy in various ways.
