With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mavis Ann Scheurle of Winona, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mavis Ann left this world on December 14, 2024 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Hanson and Sophie Hanson (Skogstad); her brothers, Howard and Alfred S. Hanson (Bud); and her daughter Debra Scheurle (Armin).
She is survived by: her brother Grant Hanson (Nancy) of River Falls, WI; her sister-in-law Kären Hanson of Arcadia, WI; her nieces and nephews, Erik Scheurle (Karin Anderson) of Minneapolis and Sigurd Scheurle (Sidney) of Winona; and her stepgrandchildren, Matt, Erin and Adam. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Central Lutheran Church (259 E Wabasha St, Winona, MN 55987). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
