She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Crivits; her parents, Rose Piel and Leander Piel; her siblings, Merlin Piel, Vernon Piel, Jerome Piel, Virginia Sobek, Geraldine Bertrum, Ramona Goode and Leola Mabe; and her son Gary Herbert.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Crivits of Trempealeau, WI and James Herbert (Mary) of Winona, MN; her daughter-in-law Juanita Herbert of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Melissa Clay (Larry), Joshua Herbert (Joy), Katie Faul (Kelvin) and Timothy Herbert (Kelly); and her great grandchildren, Silas, Aspen, Esmee, Winston Herbert, James and William Faul.
