She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Teske and Elizabeth Teske (Spittler). She is survived by: her husband Ken; her son Matthew Krause (Serena); her grandchildren, Alex and Lauren; and her brother-in-law Loyal "Bud" Krause (Judy). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorials be directed to St. Matthew's Ev. Lutheran Church in Winona.
