We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 101, Leona Thiele of Winona, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leona Thiele to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Gottschalk and Freda Gottschalk (Gatzlaff); her husband Wally Thiele; and her sister Mickey Sheridan. She is survived by: her brother Victor Gottschalk (Marge); her children, Richard Thiele (Betty), Steven Thiele (Colleen), Eugene Thiele and Pamela Lica (Greg); her grandchildren, Gary Thiele (Heidi), Andrew Thiele, Darci Prodzinski (Brian), Teri Thiele and Jon Lica; and her great grandchildren, Casey (Alissha), Abby Thiele, Avrey, Aven Prodzinski and Zinnia Lica.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Grace Presbyterian Church, 222 East Broadway, Winona, MN.
