He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph John Sr. and Beulah Bilicki (Potter); his wife Karen Jean Bilicki (Mullen); and his siblings, Madeline "Midge" Brown and Andrew.
He is survived by: his son Andrew Bilicki (Cassandra); his grandsons, George (Katelyn) and Robert (Corrie); his child Dulcy Capehart (James); his grandchildren, Leland, Andrea and Tatum Shipley (Tyler); his son Dennis Bilicki (Desiree); his grandson Aaron; his child Jaime Bilicki; his grandchildren, Anthony, Dylan, Jacob, Isaac and Emma; his daughter Julie Bilicki; his grandchildren, Levi (Lydia), Paige (David) and Mason; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Ace and Madelyn; his brother Michael Bilicki (Janie); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Mullen (Kristi), David Mullen, Scott Hilgers, Sue Pronschinske (Mike), Cathie Groth, Tammy Beltz (Lucky), Linda Lockwood (Chris Foster) and Kim Castillo (Manuel).
